Can I pick only part of the finishing works?
Yes. You can choose only flooring and doors, for example, and do the rest yourself.
How long does the finishing take?
A typical 70–90 m² apartment — about 6–8 weeks after the building shell is complete.
Can I bring my own materials?
Yes, if they meet our quality requirements. We cannot warranty third-party materials.
What warranty do you provide?
5 years on the structure, 2 years on finishing works, 1 year on plumbing and electrics.
