Investing Property is a family-run investment and construction company founded in 2008 in Burgas. Today we work in Sofia.
Our story
We started in 2008 with a single project in the Lazur district of Burgas — a small residential building with 12 apartments. The idea was simple: build the home we ourselves would want to live in.
Over the following years we completed six projects in Burgas — over 28,800 m² of gross built-up area in total. We built a network of trusted partners — architects, contractors, suppliers.
In 2023 we shifted our focus to Sofia. Our first project here — City Serenity I in the Levski district — is nearly complete. Four more new buildings are in the pipeline.
