Our story

1. 2008

   We started in 2008 with a single project in the Lazur district of Burgas — a small residential building with 12 apartments. The idea was simple: build the home we ourselves would want to live in.

2. Burgas

   Over the following years, we completed projects with a total gross floor area of over 33,000 m². We gradually built a solid network of trusted partners—architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers—who share our standards for quality.

3. 2023

   In 2023, we shifted our focus to Sofia. Our first project—City Serenity I in the Levski neighborhood—is in its final stages. At the same time, we are preparing four more new buildings, which will expand our presence in the capital and build on the experience we have gained over the years."
